I love this car wash. I love the convenience of inside and outside vacuums. Staff is always pleasant no matter which one I go to. Much better than other chain car washes.

$26 and its not even clean after having to wait in line for 5 minutes as they aggressively try and upsell the membership and argue with me about the price... as if this is going to motivate me to come back. And the air freshener doesn't even smell good, had to toss it out the window before I could even get home. Can't just get little trees since you need to have your obnoxious branding on it? Complete waste of money!

I would only suggest you come here if you take before and after photos before each wash. I have been a customer for years and noticed occasional scratches on my 2007 Corolla, but never cared, because I just needed the dirt blasted off. Now that I have a newer car, I'm more attentive/cautious, and the damage to the clear coat and door guards is distressing. (...I should have trusted Reddit that cautioned not to go to these kinds of washes, as they are notorious for scratches and swirling.) I submitted a damage claim this weekend, as my car has been showing increasingly more and more scratches whenever I go through the South Euclid location, especially if the wash is stopped and restarted. (Initially I could buff things out, but in recent weeks, they have been getting deeper and I can't scrub them away anymore. The day of the incident, one of my door guards was pulled loose and scratched, breaking the plastic bracket that holds it in place.) Claims team said the scratches/damage aren't related to the wash because they were localized to one area [they aren't isolated... just most noticeable there], they aren't all horizontal [if the wash stops/starts, the brushes may move irreg

The attendants are incredibly pushy about the monthly membership. The attendant I had made me say I am not interested several times until I finally just said I could not afford a monthly membership right now. He then said it is only six more dollars, which I again said I can’t afford at the moment, and then he questioned why I am spending my last 16 dollars on a car wash. If I had not waited in line for over 20 minutes I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will never be going back.

The attendants were attentive and helpful. The line moved steady and the wash was good. I purchased a membership and it's a pretty good deal, if you go into the wash once a week it pays for itself.
